Job Opportunity: Accounts Administrator in Southport

Due to continued company expansion, we are looking for an organised and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our team in Southport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing outstanding payments on a daily basis.
  • Allocating cash, card, and cheque payments accurately.
  • Reconciling customer statements.
  • Preparing and sending account statements.
  • Filing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Providing general administrative support to the accounts team as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have good communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
