About Accredit Solutions
Accredit Solutions is a global leader in Critical Identity Infrastructure. Our platform suite, Accredit OS, is trusted to help secure some of the world’s most iconic stadiums, sporting tournaments and live entertainment venues. From supporting all 32 NFL teams to more than half of the English Premier League, the Australian Open and major cultural events including the Coronation of King Charles III, our technology enables organisations to manage workforce identity and accreditation in complex, high-security environments.
Following investment from Gresham House Ventures, we’re continuing to scale our global footprint and we’re looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing Manager to help drive our next stage of growth.
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded ABM specialist to build, own and deliver our global Account-Based Marketing programme across a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts.
Working within the Marketing team and closely with our Strategic Account Leaders, you’ll lead a tiered ABM approach, focusing on approximately 20 priority accounts through highly personalised 1:1 programmes while developing scalable 1:few campaigns across our wider strategic account portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
