Client Executive

Location: Belfast (Hybrid Working) Salary: £25,000+ DOE + Excellent Benefits

About the Role

Whytematter Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our market-leading advertising specialist client, seeking a Client Executive to join their team in Belfast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to build a long-term career in the media and advertising sector. You’ll thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, playing a pivotal role in delivering successful advertising campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate Outdoor advertising campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners
  • Utilise proprietary systems and data tools to support campaign planning and strategy
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and campaign objectives
  • Support business development through existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
  • Manage client budgets and campaign KPIs
  • Provide cross-team support as required

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Skills in presentation and negotiation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable Criteria

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
