Client Executive
Location: Belfast (Hybrid Working) Salary: £25,000+ DOE + Excellent Benefits
About the Role
Whytematter Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our market-leading advertising specialist client, seeking a Client Executive to join their team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to build a long-term career in the media and advertising sector. You’ll thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, playing a pivotal role in delivering successful advertising campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate Outdoor advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners
- Utilise proprietary systems and data tools to support campaign planning and strategy
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and campaign objectives
- Support business development through existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Manage client budgets and campaign KPIs
- Provide cross-team support as required

About You
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Skills in presentation and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable Criteria
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
