As a Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for analysing incoming EAME dealer orders and order changes for our most manageable dealers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of Construction Equipment and related attachment orders. This role also includes coordinating with functional teams to resolve commercial and technical order related inquiries and ensuring dealers receive timely, accurate information.
What You Will Do:
- Analyse incoming EAME dealer orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing of Construction Equipment and related attachment orders.
- Respond to dealer inquiries by providing timely customer service and resolving issues related to order fulfilment.
- Monitor, prioritise, and track order status to provide proactive updates to dealers.
- Support the end to end order to delivery process, ensuring adherence to customer and dealer requirements as well as all compliance standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with dealers to analyse current order entry performance, identify improvement actions, and implement solutions that enhance the order entry timeliness metric.

- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyse situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with dealers, vendors, and peers.
- Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing dealers.

What Experience You Bring
- Order-to-Delivery & Import/Export Knowledge: You possess an understanding and hands-on experience across the full order-to-delivery cycle, including international logistics. You will have knowledge on the import/export processes enabling you to navigate documentation, compliance requirements, customs procedures, and international shipping standards with confidence.
- Supply Chain, Order Processing & Shipping Knowledge: You are versed in supply chain operations, with practical experience in order management, fulfilment workflows, and coordinating shipping activities. Your ability to track, analyse, and optimise processes ensures smooth movement of goods and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Systems & Tools Proficiency: You are comfortable using major business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and other ERP/CRM platforms. You can work efficiently within digital workflows, extract and interpret data, and contribute to digital process improvements.
