Role Overview
To support the management and delivery of Own Label (Private Label) customer accounts, ensuring projects and day-to-day account activity are executed efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, supporting the growth and development of the Own Label channel.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of Own Label customer accounts.
- Coordinate and manage customer projects, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers via email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Support with pricing, quotations, and set up of new products in line with agreed processes.
- Liaise with internal teams (Supply Chain, NPD, Technical, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of projects and service levels.
- Maintain accurate customer data, forecasts, and product information.
- Prepare reports and updates on account performance and project progress.
- Assist in resolving customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and account management standards.

What we are looking for?
Essential:
- Experience in a Sales Support, Account Coordinator, or similar role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Desirable:
- Experience working with Own Label / Private Label products and customers.
- Knowledge of the pet industry.
