Account Coordinator

Location: UK (Macclesfield / London)

Our scientific and strategic insights enable clients to make better decision—supporting medical communications, market access consulting, and regulatory writing with deep sector knowledge in complex disease areas.


The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to proactively support account teams by managing and delivering medical communications projects—with a focus on financial and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary internal contact for account teams; monitor workloads, set priorities, and clarify individual roles
  • Independently manage small projects—ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Assist with larger, complex projects, helping account teams meet deadlines
  • Coordinate external meeting logistics—including correspondence, vendor/vendor liaison, and onsite support when required
  • Support Client Services with financial tasks:
    • Develop project scopes and client purchase orders
    • Manage budgets and systems
    • Attend financial status calls
    • Oversee invoicing procedures and client payment processes with precision
