Job Description
Account Creation Support Clerk
Location: Ashford
Salary: £28,089 and excellent company benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join our dynamic team as an Account Creation Support Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in creating and maintaining customer accounts while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
As an Account Creation Support Clerk, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of customer accounts and hierarchies using SAP, Stibo, and Salesforce. You'll manage requests efficiently, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes.
What you will be doing:
- Create customer accounts and hierarchies across all business sectors
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with Sales and customers regarding progress and timelines
- Take full ownership of customer account requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Update internal systems and maintain data integrity according to established procedures
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide support to Support Clerks and assist Management with ad hoc duties

About You:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong overall IT literacy
- Experience with SAP and
