Job Description
Account Development Manager, Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales (FTC Until March 2027)
About the Role
Selling beer to pubs. A statement so obvious that it sounds like it could be an old English idiom. And whilst it might seem like an easy thing to do. There’s one thing that makes a great Account Development Manager (ADM) stand out.
Passion.
Your passion for the world of hospitality.
Because whilst every pub and bar needs a good range of beers available, you’ll be working in a competitive market. It’ll be your passion for this industry and the brands you represent that will enable your success.
Responsibilities
If you’re looking to kickstart your career in the beverage industry, there’s no better place to start looking than right here. We’re going to set you up to succeed in a role where you’re out and about every day speaking with pub owners, ensuring our brands such as Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, and London Pride, to name a few are present within your patch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
