Account Development Manager, South Wales
Selling beer to pubs. A statement so obvious that it could be an old English idiom. And whilst it might seem like an easy thing to do. There’s one thing that makes a great Account Development Manager (ADM) stand out.

Because whilst every pub and bar needs a good range of beers available, you’ll be working in a competitive market. It’ll be your passion for this industry and the brands you represent that will enable your success.
If you’re looking to kickstart your career in the beverage industry, there’s no better place to start looking than right here. We’re going to set you up to succeed in a role where you’re out and about every day speaking with pub owners, ensuring our brands such as Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, and London Pride, to name a few are present within your patch.
We’ll give you ownership of somewhere between 140-190 outlets of which you will be the key point of contact. That might seem a lot but we’ve got the infrastructure for support behind you to make sure things are always running smoothly. These accounts are already with us so your main responsibilities will be to retain and grow them. Working with the venue owners to ensure their continued business success through selling our amazing brands.
