Build a brighter future while learning and growing with Siemens at the intersection of technology, community and sustainability

Our global team of innovators is always looking to create meaningful solutions to some of the toughest challenges facing our world. Find out how far your passion can take you.

Make an impact

We are seeking a highly driven, strategically minded, and operationally curious Account Development Representative (ADR) to help grow the pipeline for our Asset Essentials Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SaaS solution across multinational enterprises and leading national organizations within the consumer-packaged goods, heavy manufacturing, and process industries.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and nurturing strategic opportunities through an account-based approach. Working closely within a dedicated team alongside Strategic Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), you will help build relationships across complex organizations, engaging stakeholders at both site and corporate levels.

This is far more than a traditional lead generation role. It is a collaborative, team-oriented position suited to someone with a natural interest in operational environments, a curiosity for how large organizations function, and an enthusiasm for identifying and connecting with decision-makers. You'll enjoy researching organizational structures, uncovering business challenges, creating meaningful engagement opportunities, and developing your expertise in enterprise software sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
