Role Description

The Senior Account Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Farnham. This role is responsible for leading key client relationships, shaping strategic direction, and overseeing the delivery of integrated live, digital, and content experiences for technology brands.

  • Guiding project teams
  • Ensuring that work meets client objectives, timelines, and budgets

The Account Director will collaborate closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop compelling experience programs that drive measurable business outcomes. The role also involves:

  • Mentoring team members
  • Contributing to new business pitches
  • Helping to refine agency processes and standards

Qualifications

  • Strong account management skills with experience owning senior client relationships and driving strategic partnership growth.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and team management capabilities, including coaching, resource planning, and performance development.
  • Proven project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, budget control, and cross-functional coordination on complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in sales or business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support pitch presentations.
  • Background in creative, experiential, or marketing agencies, ideally with technology or B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Farnham with remote work.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
