Job Title: Account Director

Join OneAdvanced

We're seeking an ambitious Account Director to join our talented team at OneAdvanced, a leading software supplier to the UK's social care sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships with our existing customer base and winning new prospects. This role directly contributes to OneAdvanced's mission of "powering the world of work" and shaping the future of social care by influencing sector-wide transformation.


About the Role

  • Leading strategic account development and new business acquisition in the healthcare and social care sector
  • Hybrid role blending sales strategy with existing account growth
  • Sector-focused contributions to OneAdvanced's ambition to transform social care through technology

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop strategic relationships with c-suite and key decision-makers within our social care base
  • Understand and map customers' strategic objectives and pain points
  • Drive customer success by tailoring software solutions to meet their evolving needs

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute targeted strategic account plans, setting clear objectives, targets, and metrics
  • Identify value opportunities and drive adoption of OneAdvanced’s software solutions
  • Expand existing accounts, adding value through upselling and cross-selling

Net New Business Growth

  • Prospect and secure new net new logo accounts in the social care sector
  • Champion OneAdvanced’s reputation in the industry through thought leadership and sector engagement

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate across internal teams (Product, Professional Services, Support) to simplify customer journeys
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction and revenue risks to ensure long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management and winning net new logo’s
  • Expertise selling entry into industrial and digital solutions in social care software
  • Deep knowledge of the UK social care sector, including key challenges, trends, and regulators
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate, influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Analytical aptitude to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making
  • Balance commercial objectives with customer-centric advocacy
  • Self-motivated and team-focused, capable of working independently and collaboratively
