Account Director – CCaaS/UCaaS | UK-Wide (Remote)
About the Role
What if your next role didn’t require you to relocate, didn’t cap your earning potential, and judged you on your ability rather than just your current job title?
An established technology and managed services business is seeking an experienced Account Director, or a strong Account Manager ready to step into a Director-level position, to manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts on a permanent basis. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
The successful candidate will take ownership of 8 to 10 existing accounts, each with 500+ staff, with a clear focus on cross-sell and upsell activity rather than new business development. This is a senior, relationship-led sales role requiring genuine commercial acumen, strong technical credibility, and the ability to act as the central point of coordination across internal teams to deliver consistent value to clients.
This opportunity is genuinely open to candidates who may not yet hold an Account Director title but who have a strong account management track record and are ready to take that next step.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
