About you

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with a design (packaging) agency background.
  • Corporate branding and/or FMCG project knowledge and expertise a must.
  • Digital project experience an advantage (inc. knowledge of social media or web design).
  • An appetite for all things new – clients, projects, challenges.
  • Incurably curious, passionate, and smart.
  • A team player and nurturer of the talents around you.
  • Relish owning and driving client relationships.
  • A natural client advocate.
  • Happy to contribute and direct content as appropriate on behalf of the client, to ensure the commercial success of projects.
  • Motivating and influencer of the team to proactively grow client relationships.

The role

  • Director and owner of client relationship and their interface into Honey, ensuring that the experience is a good one for both parties
  • Acting as liaison between Honey and the client by creating and maintaining clear lines of communication between client and team.
  • Cultivating new opportunities from current clients, contributing to new business initiatives and pitches actively working towards a growth target set in business forecasting.
  • Contributing to and shaping the strategic content on behalf of the client where appropriate.
  • Ensuring work is produced on time, to brief and to the high Honey standard.
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities for current clients.
  • Representing the client relationship in forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Respected by team as a senior contributor within Honey.
  • To begin networking process within the sector and moving towards the role of trusted advisor in the mind of the client.
  • Contributing to positive company culture beyond the job description.

Your skillset

  • Personable and engaging.
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills.
  • Convey gravitas and stature as the senior member of account management team.
  • Efficient and extremely organised.
  • Structured and a clear thinker: able to offer constructive critique/suggestions to develop work.
  • Ability to appraise and evaluate strategic and design work and be articulate in explaining it.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior-level clients and complicated team structures.
  • Ability to truly listen to clients and manage their expectations and deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Desire to own and drive client relationships.
  • Belief in own ability coupled with willingness to learn.
