We're on the hunt for an Account Director with a passion for TikTok Shop and social commerce. You'll combine commercial thinking, platform expertise and creative leadership to help brands drive growth through creators, affiliates, TikTok Shop LIVE and platform-native content.

Working closely with brands, creators and internal teams, you'll lead and oversee high-performing TikTok Shop strategies, ensuring activity delivers both commercial results and authentic audience engagement. From affiliate programmes and creator partnerships to LIVE shopping and content production, you'll play a key role in driving performance across your client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the overall TikTok Shop and Paid Social strategy for key clients, driving product discovery, conversion, revenue growth and long-term brand performance through social commerce.
  • Act as the senior partner for your clients, leading quarterly business reviews, performance analysis and strategic planning sessions, ensuring TikTok Shop and Paid activity supports wider business and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee creator, affiliate and TikTok Shop LIVE strategies, determining how creators should be leveraged to drive sales, approving talent recommendations and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact.
  • Provide oversight of content, paid media and TikTok Shop activity, ensuring briefs are commercially focused, platform-native and aligned to both brand objectives and conversion goals.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across TikTok Shop, Paid Social, affiliate marketing and creator partnerships, leveraging platform developments, emerging trends and cultural moments to drive incremental revenue.
  • Lead and develop your team, setting clear expectations, coaching Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, and building strong commercial, strategic and client management capabilities.
  • Support new business growth through pitches, proposals and strategic recommendations, demonstrating how TikTok Shop, creator-led commerce and paid amplification can accelerate brand growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Good understanding of TikTok Shop / e-commerce and wider social media platforms - content formats, communities, trends and algorithms.
  • You’ll have agency experience, with a track record of managing successful accounts.
  • You’ve been the senior contact for client, leading calls, setting direction and building trusted relationships.
  • Confident challenging ideas, making strategic recommendations and keeping clients focused on long-term growth, not just single posts.
  • Has managed or led a team, setting expectations, mentoring and helping others grow.
  • Exceptionally organised, comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines and creative production workflows.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive with solutions, and adaptable when TikTok (or clients) change direction quickly.

What To Expect In The Recruitment Process

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Screening Call

A 20–30 minute chat with our People & Talent team to get to know you and answer any initial questions.

Step 3: First Interview

A conversation with your potential manager, diving into your experience, how you think about TikTok and client relationships.

Step 4: Second Interview + Task

You’ll complete a small strategic or creative task (nothing wild) and present it back to your potential manager and our Head of Client Services, a chance to show how you think, lead and create.
