Account Director

About the Role

Small but growing independent creative agency looking for an Account Director (or experience Senior Account Manager) to lead integrated campaigns for major global consumer brands.

Creatively driven to the core, and really pack a punch for an agency this size.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of key client relationships
  • Lead projects from brief to delivery across digital, social, ATL and integrated channels
  • Work closely with strategy, creative and production
  • Drive exceptional work
  • Spot growth opportunities
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget

Requirements

  • Strong integrated experience across digital, social and ATL
  • Proven client leadership and commercial acumen
  • End-to-end production experience, from agile content through to large-scale campaigns
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for great creative
