The Role: Account Director
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced 360 Communications Account Director to join our client services team. In this role, you’ll lead high-profile client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across global brands and cultural projects. From strategy to execution, you’ll oversee comms, experiential, and content-driven campaigns, ensuring they deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring outstanding delivery from start to finish.
- Develop and present compelling campaign strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to junior members.
- Drive new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure our work is culturally relevant, innovative, and commercially effective.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- A confident and strategic client lead with a proven track record in brand, culture, and media campaigns.
- Highly skilled in translating creative ideas into rigorous, results-driven campaign plans.
- Adept at managing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A natural communicator, able to present ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Process-driven and organized, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Culturally aware, with an instinct for navigating relevant issues and trends.
- Passionate about partnerships and collaborations that create lasting impact.
