ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading branding, design and packaging agency, renowned for delivering standout brand transformations and packaging solutions for some of the world's biggest consumer brands.
About the role...
You'll lead one of the agency's flagship drinks accounts, overseeing branding, design and packaging projects from strategy through to rollout, adaptation and artwork. Working closely with senior clients and internal teams, you'll drive commercial success, forecasting and project delivery while leading and developing Account Managers and Account Executives.

What you'll be doing...
- Leading a major drinks brand account and building senior client relationships.
- Managing branding, design and packaging projects from strategy to delivery.
- Overseeing adaptation, artwork, budgets and forecasting.
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, packaging and production teams.
- Managing and mentoring Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth.
About you...
You'll have experience leading branding, design and packaging projects within a branding, design or packaging agency, with strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

What we're looking for...
- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within a branding, design or packaging agency.
- A strong background delivering branding, design and packaging projects for FMCG or consumer brands.
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing account teams.
