Account Director

We're looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic sales team, an experienced sales person who can sell complex services and thrives in a fast paced environment.

A Day in the Life of an Account Director at Razor...

It’s the first of the month. Targets are set and it’s up to you to make a plan to hit them. You map out your strategy: who needs a follow up, which deals need pushing over the line and where new opportunities might come from.

You kick things off with a stand up, aligning with the team on priorities. Then it's straight into emails: actioning tasks from HubSpot, responding to client queries and making sure everything is moving.

There are client meetings in the afternoon: you’re presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and checking in on active projects. Promises made need to be promises kept, and you make sure actions are live.

This role is about full accountability. Weekly goals, monthly targets, quarterly objectives. It’s on you to deliver. You don’t just sell, you make sure deals happen, clients stay happy and revenue keeps flowing.

What you’ll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
