Love mobile? Want to join one of the top mobile marketing agencies in the US and be part of our success? We are looking for an exceptional Account Director to join our team. The Account Director owns relationships with our most important asset – our clients. As the main point of contact for our clients, the Account Director also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of our clients with the execution of our team.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of a client’s marketing plan in conjunction with stated and potential client needs.
- Owning end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless execution, and working with an international delivery team to achieve the right quality of materials within tight timelines.
- Forging and cultivating a productive client relationship.
- Identifying and communicating changing client business priorities to senior management.
- Combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Negotiating contracts and fee arrangements as needed.
- Developing and presenting breakthrough thinking in strategic planning sessions, client summits, and professional conferences.
- Identifying strategic client upselling opportunities, and partnering with delivery teams to discuss these opportunities with clients.
- Own overall client satisfaction and retention, ensuring strong relationships that drive successful renewals.
- Overseeing ongoing client project management to ensure deliverables are meeting client expectations – maintaining a high level of accountability for execution details.
- Navigating challenging client situations with a solutions-oriented approach that reinforces trust and ensures client satisfaction.
- Some travel may be required if relevant (up to 15%).

- BA in business, advertising, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of account management experience in global professional services companies, preferably from the digital/mobile advertising space.
- Experience managing top tier clients with larger marketing budgets.
- Proven, hands-on experience in project management; exceptional ability to accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete complex projects and build detailed project Gantts with subtasks accordingly.
- Business-savvy approach, with the ability to translate client brief and business needs into data and campaign requirements.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, and thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment while collaborating across functions and teams globally and time efficiently (e.g. clients in SF, the delivery team in Israel).
- Dynamic personality, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences – a true people person.
- Excellent written, presentation, management, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Asana (or similar PM tools) and Salesforce is a significant advantage.
- Managerial experience is a plus.
