Culture, Drinks & Music PR & Communications Account Director/Senior Account Director
Salary: approx £55-65k Location: Central London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
About the Role
Filling a critical need within a leading creative communications agency, we seek a seasoned Comms & Marketing Account Director/Senior Account Director to join their client services team.
Ideal for someone with 360° communications expertise across PR, social media, event management, and project coordination, with a deep passion for music, culture, and festivals. Your background should include experience managing production teams, photographers, and creative executions—bringing campaigns to life from strategy to impactful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct PR and communications campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between strategy and execution.
- Develop and oversee experiential and content-driven initiatives, driving meaningful engagement for clients.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams, managing stakeholders including photographers, artists, and event planners.
- Provide end-to-end account management, balancing client needs with high-quality delivery.
- Emphasis on clients in music, drinks, culture, or festivals, with a keen eye for industry trends.
Requirements
- 360° communications experience, with specialisation in PR, social media, events, and project management.
- Proven track record in music, culture, or drinks sector comms—festivals, artist marketing, or trade campaigns welcome.
- Strong leadership skills for managing multidisciplinary teams and complex briefs.
- Ability to think strategically while executingдина buzzing creative environment.
- Flexible attitude to hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days WFH).
