Location: Hardham, West Sussex
Due to the rural location of our office, driving is essential

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our growing team: someone who leads client accounts with confidence, care, and commercial awareness. This role will build trusted client relationships, whilst staying creatively curious and excited to deliver meaningful work in the health and wellbeing space.

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a PR agency/ in-house comms or marketing role, with experience of leading campaigns and teams
  • Strong understanding of PR and marketing strategies, including digital and traditional media
  • Demonstrable experience in client relationship management, team leadership, campaign execution, budget management, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management and account management software
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:

  • Lead trusted client relationships with confidence and care
  • Shape strong, purposeful work that answers the brief and reflects Twelve’s standards
  • Keep accounts organised, clear, and moving in the right direction
  • Manage budgets, scope, and commercial performance responsibly
  • Drive public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing strategies
  • Lead, support, and develop the team around them
  • Contribute positively to the wider agency beyond their own accounts
