Overview

We are hiring an Account Director to help shape and deliver standout creative PR campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands. This is a role where strategy meets creativity—leading ideas from concept through to cultural impact. You’ll play a central part in building trusted client relationships while bringing bold, attention-grabbing campaigns to life. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of creative PR campaigns, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic counsel day-to-day
  • Shape and deliver compelling campaign ideas, from brief through to execution and measurement
  • Oversee media strategy and sell-in activity to drive impactful coverage and campaign results
  • Manage project commercials, including budgets, resourcing, and supplier coordination
  • Collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life, contributing to agency-wide creative thinking
  • Support and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and effective workload planning

Qualifications

  • Experience in PR or integrated communications, ideally within an agency or consumer brand environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Confidence in building client relationships and providing clear, strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop and present ideas in a clear and engaging way
  • Commercial awareness, including managing budgets and ensuring efficient delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset, with a passion for creativity and contributing to team success
