Shopper Marketing Account Director – Global & European Markets
Overview
We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Account Director to drive campaigns that set new standards in global and European markets. As a trusted adviser and senior client partner, you’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver impactful, commercially successful shopper activations.
This opportunity involves leading two of our latest agency wins, shaping and executing high-ambition campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior client relationships, ensuring strong account health and agency performance across multiple stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client management, pre-empting challenges and guaranteeing seamless campaign execution.
- Partner with strategy, planning, and creative teams to deliver outstanding shopper activations.
- Craft inspirational creative briefs and assess work with keen attention to quality and effectiveness.
- Articulate strategic and creative thinking confidently and persuasively at senior client levels.
- Identify opportunities to blend digital and eCommerce into shopper-focused strategies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client brands, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Spot and leverage new business and organic growth opportunities.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in Shopper Marketing or Below-the-Line (BTL), with preference for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) expertise.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume accounts and multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong strategic and creative judgement, with the ability to influence and advise senior clients.
- Familiarity with integrated campaigns, including digital components.
- Commercially astute with uncompromising attention to detail.
- A hands-on, influential leader who fosters growth and collaboration.
- Exceptional ability to communicate—both written and verbal.
- Deep passion for understanding shopper behavior in-store and online.
