The Role: Account Director – Corporate Communications
This is a growth hire driven by increased business needs. The Account Director will be a senior voice in the team, reporting to leadership and supporting junior colleagues to:
- Promote best practice in corporate communications
- Enable direct client access to:
- C-suite executives
- HNWIs
- Investors
- Legal partners
- Develop strategic communications plans across:
- Technology
- Financial services
- Professional services
Project Scope (Highly Diverse & Impactful)
The role will engage in varied, impactful campaigns including:
- Profile-raising media strategies
- Complex issue management in regulated markets (with political exposures)
- New product launch strategies
- Financial communications
- Reputation management & crisis PR
- Litigation support
The team cultivates an environment where all perspectives matter, with a zero-ego ethos that empowers account directors to:
- Give authoritative client advice
- Drive strategy
- Hone project management skills, overseeing:
- Media relations
- Content creation
- Event planning
- Social media strategy

Essential Experience
- Proven track record advising financial services, professional services, & tech clients within a corporate communications consultancy.
Benefits Package
- Salary: Competitive, £50-65k+, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus
- 25 days holiday (plus birthday off)
