KnoWho are supporting an integrated agency with the search for an Account Director to work across digital, creative strategy and media, with a strong focus on performance and media.
This is a senior client leadership role for someone who is brilliant at taking the bigger picture and turning it into a clear strategic direction.
You’ll lead the strategy, integration and performance of some of the agency’s most important client accounts, bringing together media, creative and data to make sure everything is working towards the same objectives.
It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Account Director who enjoys the strategic side of client leadership, but still wants to be close enough to the work to make sure plans are actually being delivered and driving results.

- Leading the strategic direction across a portfolio of key client accounts
- Turning complex information, data and performance insights into clear, compelling client narratives
- Developing annual strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable plans
- Bringing together media, creative, digital and data teams to deliver genuinely integrated work
- Maintaining strong senior client relationships and providing clear strategic leadership
- Overseeing campaign and client performance, identifying opportunities to test, innovate and improve
- Leading and motivating wider account teams to ensure brilliant delivery
- Managing forecasting, reforecasting and account resources
- Presenting confidently to senior stakeholders and ensuring everyone is aligned on the direction of the account

We’re looking for someone with:
- Around 6+ years’ experience in client leadership, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong experience across digital marketing, media and performance
- The ability to own the strategic narrative across complex accounts
- Experience working across integrated teams and multiple channels
- Excellent client leadership, presentation and communication skills
- The ability to get into the detail when needed, while still thinking strategically
- A genuine desire to progress and take on more commercial and senior client leadership responsibility
