Overview
We are hiring an Account Director to lead strategic relationships, creative technology, and dynamic project delivery within DOT Dynamic Studio’s Centre of Excellence. This influential leadership position blends creativity, technology, and commercial strategy, focusing on high-performing, scalable digital solutions for Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities
- Building trusted, senior-level client relationships as a strategic partner
- Translating client objectives into scalable, effective creative and operational solutions
- Leading end-to-end delivery of dynamic creative projects across:
- Display
- Social
- DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home)
- Video
- Identifying growth opportunities while supporting new business initiatives
- Overseeing commercial aspects:
- Forecasting
- Scoping
- Financial tracking
- Streamlining workflows and operational efficiency
- Across teams and projects
- Uplifting team performance
- Coaching and mentoring account team members to support their development

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in leading accounts or complex projects within:
- Digital media
- Creative technology
- Production teams
- Deep understanding of:
- Digital campaign ecosystems
- Creative workflows and agile processes
- Confidence in:
- Engaging with senior stakeholders
- Clear, persuasive communication
- Commercial acumen, including:
- Forecasting
- Governance frameworks
- Organisational skill, able to:
- Prioritise multiple deadlines
- Troubleshoot solutions-focused challenges
- Collaborative mindset with a cross-functional approach:
- Working across creative, media, and tech teams
- Curiosity for innovation:
- Emerging tools like AI-enabled workflows
- Evolving creative operations
