This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive revenue growth, deepen existing relationships, and identify new opportunities across technology, services and cloud solutions.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver long-term value, influence decision-making, and build strong, strategic partnerships.

Core responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key managed accounts (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, enterprise customers)
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships across customer organisations
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with key partners
  • Act as the senior escalation point, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption of strategic platforms and solutions
  • Run regular business reviews, using data to drive performance and growth conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, vendor, and specialist teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Represent the business in customer engagements, meetings, and industry events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
