We're partnering with a leading marketing agency that's continuing to invest in its digital capability and is looking to appoint a Programmatic Account Director. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, fast-paced campaigns where you'll have real influence, lead major client relationships, and help shape the future of data-driven media.

What you'll do

  • Lead high-profile programmatic campaigns from strategy through to optimisation.
  • Manage large-scale media budgets, driving performance through continuous testing and data-led decision making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, data and activation.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on campaign performance and digital strategy.
  • Mentor and develop team members while helping shape new ways of working within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong agency-side programmatic experience at Account Director level or above.
  • Proven experience in DV360, experience with TTD/Amazon (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable performance.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Someone who enjoys mentoring others, embraces change and is passionate about digital innovation.

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Location: Manchester (hybrid)
