Account Director – POS (PRINT)

West London | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days WFH)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Tailored Bonus & Benefits Package

Are you an experienced Account Director who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? Do you enjoy becoming a true extension of your client's team, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance rather than simply processing projects?

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected marketing services and print solutions provider for an Account Director to take ownership of a key retail account. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a major multi-site retailer, supporting the delivery of a wide range of marketing communications and retail campaigns.

This is a relationship-led role where success will come from your ability to guide, advise and support the client, helping them navigate challenges, identify solutions and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.

The Opportunity

As the dedicated Account Director, you'll become the senior point of contact for the client, developing strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across multiple projects and campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
