Account Director (or an ambitious Senior Account Manager ready to step up)

Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for a major automotive brand, based in-house with the client just outside of London (2 days a week).

About the Role

Looking for someone with experience of OEMs, dealer marketing or automotive retail who enjoys managing complex stakeholder relationships, delivering multi-channel campaigns and working within a national dealer network.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing activity across product launches, always-on campaigns and dealer communications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Working closely with brand, regional and dealer stakeholders, they will build trusted relationships, provide strategic counsel and drive seamless campaign delivery across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM, social, retail and dealer communications.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, regional teams and dealer networks.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from brief through to delivery.
  • Coordinate internal creative, production and specialist teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Identify risks, resolve delivery challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the Client Services team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
