About the Role
The Account Director is a full-time, on-site leadership position at CEEK Marketing responsible for:
- Governing key client accounts with strategic vision
- Ensuring on-time delivery within agreed scope and budgets
- Driving strategic growth and revenue expansion
- Building long-term client trust and relationships
- Serving as a ** mentorship and delivery standard-setter** for the team
This role bridges client success and agency execution, aligning campaigns with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
- Lead strategic account planning, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring high-quality execution across social media, paid media, SEO, and influencer campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pitches, proposals, and identify new opportunities for service expansion
Team Management & Delivery
- Guide and develop high-performing marketing teams, fostering creativity and operational excellence
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and hamonise cross-functional collaboration (creative, digital, analysists, and sales)
- Implement performance reporting tools to track KPIs, share insights, and adjust strategies
Accountability & Impact
- Complete quarterly business reviews with clients, presenting data-driven reports
- Own end-to end account growth strategies, especially for campaigns exceeding £200K
- Mentor undergraduate/new marketers, ensuring internal knowledge sharing and development
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven record of leading client accounts in a B2B or high-value B2C context
- Strong cross- functional leadership, including managing creative, technical, and analytics teams
- Sales experience, especially in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contributing to revenue targets
- Excellent project management skills in fast-paced agile environments
- Specialist knowledge of digital marketing, preferably within an agency framework
- Nimble presentation skills to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
