About the Role LADbible Group has partnered with one of the world's biggest brands to create bold, breakthrough content. We’re looking for an experienced Account Director who is passionate about leading world-class, social first campaigns to be part of this innovative team! This is a unique opportunity to help shape the social output of a major brand, powered by AI and cutting-edge technology. You’ll oversee the day-to-day planning, project management and execution of creator content and publisher partnerships through the lens of generative AI. You’ll be the engine behind our content machine, ensuring assets are delivered to an exceptional standard, on time, on budget and on brief. You will need strong client-handling skills with the ability to foster transparent and trusting relationships internally and externally. What the opportunity looks like Project Management - Lead complex projects from pre-production through to final delivery. Balance client, creative and business needs, keeping workflows light and timelines on track. Client Relationships - Expertly manage expectations and communications with confidence. Build strong, honest relationships and always stay one step ahead with a solutions-focused mindset. Scheduling & Resourcing - Effectively manage resource and scheduling concerns, providing proactive solutions where required Workflow - Overseeing all project documentation including rolling workflow decks, project trix and budget trackers Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with creative, strategy, talent and post teams to deliver work that’s seamless from concept to delivery. Compliance & Rights Management - Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines, legal standards, brand requirements, and usage rights. Optimisations - Implement streamlined processes for production tracking, approvals, and asset management. Skills and experience we'd like you to have Significant experience as a client-facing Account Director, preferably within a social-first environment. Strong experience in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and creator content A thorough knowledge and understanding of core project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand timelines, development of clear and concise presentations and daily actions A team leader with the ability to lead and nurture members of the team Comfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trust Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solution whilst being agile Expertise in AI generated content in social or other production fields. Strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and audience behavior. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
