The Role

Driven by the rapid digital transformation of businesses across Europe, demand for high-capacity, reliable connectivity from Enterprise customers continues to grow. Thanks to our continued investment in the development of European fibre networks, euNetworks is a leader in Data Centre to Data Centre connectivity, supporting Hyperscale, Enterprise, Content and Wholesale customers across the region.

Reporting to the Sales Director Data Centres you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the Enterprise market, focusing on identifying, targeting and winning new customers across the UK, Germany and wider European markets.

Working in an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to develop and close large-scale European network opportunities (100G/400G) with Enterprise organisations that require high-performance connectivity across multiple locations. While you will also support the development of a small number of existing accounts, the primary focus of this role is building pipeline, acquiring new logos and expanding euNetworks’ presence within the Enterprise sector.

You will have the support of our Sales Engineering team, with multiple engineers and additional account support available. You will also work closely with our Network Development, Digital Enablement and Product teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs and drive successful outcomes.

What will you be doing?

  • Identify, target and win new Enterprise customers, building a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Europe.
  • Develop and execute new business sales strategies to expand euNetworks’ presence in the Enterprise market.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective customer organisations.
  • Drive opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Enterprise connectivity market, identifying trends, potential customers and new opportunities.
  • Network at industry events, customer meetings and campaigns to generate leads and strengthen euNetworks’ market presence.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering and Product teams to develop technically and commercially viable solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to develop strong business cases and proposals.
  • Support the development and growth of selected existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Effectively manage sales activity and pipeline through Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
