The Role
Our London office is hiring an Account Director to join our award-winning team in London. We are seeking an Events & Hospitality specialist with extensive knowledge and experience developing and leading guest management programmes in sport, specifically Formula 1.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the process, requirements and expectations involved in managing a premium hospitality experience in F1.
Reporting into the Head of Events & Hospitality, this individual will be expected to travel to races and lead the hospitality operation on behalf of our clients, from strategic direction through to execution.

From pre-race planning and supplier engagement, to managing on-the-ground logistics and paddock club hosting – this role requires an enthusiastic, organised, and outgoing leader, that is willing to go the extra mile.
What does the role involve?
- Working closely with the account team to shape and innovate the Formula 1 global hospitality and event experience.
- Apply strategic expertise to develop and evolve the global hospitality programme, advising clients on audience strategy, programme design, commercial opportunities, and best-in-class guest experiences.
- Oversee and manage Hospitality team members in the creation of the guest experience programme from planning to execution.
- Leverage supplier relationships, conduct research, coordinate and make the necessary bookings for accommodation, travel and ancillary programmes alongside the official race experience.
- Responsibility for tracking and utilisation of contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
- International travel to deliver in-market guest programmes, including to host and manage senior level guest logistics (as required).
- Establish relationships with key rights holders to meet ongoing approvals and deadlines.
- Senior client liaison, stakeholder management and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 10+ years' experience delivering premium hospitality and event programmes, with significant expertise across Formula 1 and/or global sports partnerships.
- Proven strategic expertise, with the ability to advise senior clients, shape long-term hospitality strategies, and develop programmes that maximise commercial value, guest engagement and sponsorship objectives.
- Extensive experience leading complex, international hospitality programmes on behalf of global brands, with responsibility for budgets, governance and operational excellence.
- A deep understanding of the Formula 1 ecosystem, rights holders, promoters, teams and hospitality products, with an established network of industry relationships.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
- The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with C-suite clients, senior stakeholders and executive leadership, acting as a strategic advisor rather than solely a delivery lead.
- Outstanding operational judgement, with the ability to oversee multiple high-profile programmes simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience developing scopes of work, managing budgets, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence representing both the agency and clients at the highest level.
- An agency / client servicing background is preferable but not essential.
