Account Director - London - Facilities Management & Workplace Services

Lead one of London's Flagship Corporate Real Estate Locations. Shape strategy. Drive growth. Build exceptional teams.

We're working with a leading Facilities Management and Workplace Services provider to appoint an Account Director for a prestigious ultra modern, high end corporate office location in the heart of the city.

This is a high-profile leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, client relationships, commercial delivery, and future growth across a complex, multi-service FM account. You'll lead an experienced management team, act as the executive sponsor for the client, and play a key role in developing the wider business.

  • Leading the strategic and operational delivery of a major London-based account.
  • Owning the client relationship at executive level and becoming a trusted strategic partner.
  • Delivering outstanding customer experience, operational excellence, and contractual compliance.
  • Full P&L accountability, including revenue, margin, and cost management.
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing multi-disciplinary team.
  • Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth, additional services, and long-term value creation.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, governance, and risk management.

About You

We're looking for a commercially astute leader who can operate confidently at board level and build long-term client partnerships. You'll ideally have:

  • Senior leadership experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Integrated FM.
  • A proven track record managing large, complex contracts or workplace estate.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience leading hard FM, soft FM, or integrated service delivery.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.
  • The ability to influence senior clients and drive strategic outcomes.
