The Client
Financial Services Marketing & Communications Agency
This is a global agency specialising in financial services and fintech, with an international footprint and a strong reputation in complex, highly regulated markets.
Alongside its established communications work, it's building out a genuine integrated marketing, creative and digital capability, and wants to become a real contender in that space for B2B financial services. There's clear momentum and internal backing behind the team.

The Role
Account Director, Integrated Marketing
This sits in that growing marketing, creative and digital team, working directly with its director as a senior, hands-on number two. It's a real build-something role, and a chance to shape the offering rather than inherit a finished one.
- Own and lead integrated client briefs from brief to delivery
- Work across brand, content, social, digital and creative
- Take ideas from concept through to execution
- Lead client relationships
- Run campaigns including paid social
- Get stuck into new business pitches
- Help manage projects, budgets and the junior team

The role will need solid B2B financial services or fintech experience, which is essential, and a rounded integrated skill set across brand, creative, content, social and digital.
