Looking for a senior partnerships role where you can genuinely influence strategy, lead major client relationships and shape award-worthy campaigns - without the layers and politics of a huge agency environment?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist partnerships, loyalty & rewards agency working with major household-name brands across the UK and Europe.
You’ll step into a high-visibility Account Director role within a collaborative, commercially driven team, leading partnership strategy and campaign delivery across key client accounts.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading major partnership, loyalty & rewards campaigns end-to-end
- Acting as a senior strategic lead across client accounts
- Building and growing high-value brand partnerships
- Leading negotiations and commercial conversations with partners
- Managing, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Running workshops, ideation sessions and strategic planning conversations
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and drive new business
