An exciting opportunity has landed for a highly organised and client-focused Account Director to join a fast-growing, globally connected creative agency. Based in London, this remote-first role sits at the heart of a lean, ambitious team working across luxury, talent and entertainment-led campaigns for a prestigious global spirits brand. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing structure to complex, multi-market productions, this one is for you.

As Account Director, you will be the operational backbone of a high-profile global campaign spanning multiple markets and agencies. You will lead inter-agency coordination, manage scopes and delivery timelines, handle client requests on the ground and ensure everything moves with clarity and precision. Social media knowledge will also be an asset in this role.

Growth

About You

  • Proven experience in account management or client services within a creative, production or integrated advertising agency at the AD level
  • Highly organised with a strong track record managing large-scale productions, inter-agency workstreams and delivery timelines
  • Confident managing client relationships, scopes and logistics independently
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Comfortable working with luxury, entertainment or talent-led clients
  • Social media knowledge is a bonus
  • Collaborative, proactive and calm under pressure
