We're excited to be partnering with a well-established marketing agency as they continue to grow their Paid Social team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with globally recognised brands, lead strategic campaigns, build strong client relationships, and mentor a talented team all within a business that genuinely invests in innovation, development, and long-term career progression.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Paid Social strategy across a portfolio of high-profile client accounts.
  • Own campaign planning from strategy through to optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their go-to Paid Social expert.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Paid Social specialists, helping them grow their careers.
  • Drive testing, innovation, and continuous improvement across campaigns.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients with confidence.
  • Collaborate with wider digital, planning, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with leading social platforms and technology partners to maximise campaign performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong agency experience delivering Paid Social campaigns.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other major social channels.
  • Experience leading client relationships and presenting campaign strategy and performance.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring Paid Social specialists.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, positive approach and genuine passion for digital advertising.
