Account Director
DNA Recruit is partnering with an independent Creative Branding & Design Studio to recruit an Account Director for its growing London team.
Working with brands across technology, lifestyle, entertainment and beauty, this growing creative studio delivers branding, creative campaigns and go-to-market strategies for an exciting portfolio of clients.
Sitting between the Senior Account Manager and Managing Director, this role combines strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery, account growth and team mentoring within a collaborative, independent agency. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Director who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of branding, creative and go-to-market projects for a portfolio of clients
- Act as the senior strategic point of contact, building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Mentor and support the Account Management team, providing guidance and direction across client projects
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Oversee creative production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard
- Collaborate closely with strategy, design and production teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Attend client meetings and workshops, including occasional UK and international travel
- Balance strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery within a collaborative agency environment

Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Account Director within a Branding, Creative or Design agency
- Must be available for a quick start (up to 1 month notice considered)
- Strong understanding of branding, creative development and production processes
- Experience working with B2B technology clients, with additional sector experience welcomed
- Demonstrable success growing client accounts and identifying commercial opportunities
- Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and leading strategic conversations
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evening calls with US-based clients
- Experience delivering international brand or campaign projects
- Exposure to both UK and North American markets
