Account Director - Legal

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Director to join OneAdvanced’s growing Legal team at an exciting stage of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual who thrives on building trusted relationships, taking ownership, and delivering measurable customer outcomes within one of the UK’s most established legal technology providers.
As a recognised leader in the legal market, OneAdvanced partners with law firms and legal organisations to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and growth. In this role, you’ll manage a defined portfolio of legal sector customers, taking responsibility for retaining and growing existing revenue while identifying opportunities to introduce the wider OneAdvanced Legal portfolio.
Success in this role will come from developing strategic customer relationships, understanding client objectives, and positioning OneAdvanced as a long-term technology partner to the legal sector.
What You Will Do
Manage and develop relationships across your portfolio of legal sector clients Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to close, with a focus on high-value deals Proactively generate, progress, and close opportunities within the existing customer base, leveraging your understanding of the legal sector Ensure strong retention across your account portfolio, with a clear focus on delivering an excellent customer experience through regular, structured onsite account reviews with clients Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Develop and maintain detailed account plans to achieve individual sales targets, aligned with the company's overall sales strategy for the legal sector
What You Will Have
Proven negotiation and closing capability, with a consistent record of outperforming targets in the legal sector or a related industry A strong track record of success in B2B sales, managing and growing revenue across a complex client portfolio in the legal sector The ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders, including partners and decision-makers within law firms A self-starter mentality, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the drive to create opportunities rather than wait for them Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, enabling high performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Successful candidates will participate in a one-month onboarding to learn about our products, markets, and commercial strategy within the legal sector
