About the Role

A small but successful brand experience agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile B2B live events and experiential projects for global tech brands amongst others.

This is a fully client-facing/account handling role which is very centered in relationship, growth, commercials with a light touch on delivery only.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and loves the challenge of bringing ambitious live experiences to life, from early-stage client conversations through to delivery.

The role would suit someone with a strong background in live events, brand experiences, or experiential marketing who is equally comfortable managing senior stakeholders, shaping projects commercially, and collaborating closely with creative and production teams.

You’ll be working across large-scale international programs spanning areas such as events, exhibitions, launches, leadership experiences, content capture, and integrated campaign activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
