World-Class Experiential Work—Without the London Grind!
Our client is an exciting and growing B Corp brand experience agency based in Farnham, Surrey (office 3-4 days a week, so no long commutes please).
We are looking for an Account Director who has previously worked for a leading Live events agency but is now happy to work outside of London (think along the lines of Imagination, Jack Morton, or GPJ).
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' relevant experience within brand experience, live events, and experiential (agency side).
LIVE Events experience is absolutely essential and you must be able and willing to travel—Europe | US.
Salary range: £55-65k.
As an intentionally tech-focused agency, we're ideally looking for your experience to include work with global technology brands (or similar)—and a portfolio that showcases not just what you've delivered, but the creative thinking behind it.
You will be working across a portfolio of big Tech/AI brands (mainly US based) so an understanding of dealing with clients in the states is an advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
