Join a leading Healthcare team as they seek a new Account Director to become a permanent part of their growing team. This position is hybrid, ideally looking at 3 days per week out of their stunning London offices.

π Role
As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role within the company. Your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to:
π© πΌ Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
- Responsible for leading and managing the activities of direct reports/team.
- Drive organic growth within existing client relationships by actively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
- Provide sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, oversee project delivery to financial targets, and manage client negotiations.

To be the ideal candidate you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of a degree qualification.
- At least 4 years experience in successfully managing pharmaceutical client projects within a consultancy and/or agency setting.
- Embrace a considerate approach to bring out the best from both clients and agency team members.
- Display excellent writing, content development, presentation, and communication skills.
