📍 Leeds
We’re on the lookout for a standout Account Director to join our high-performing Leeds team. This is a senior, high-profile role with real influence, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Board and Business Directors to shape strategy, challenge thinking, and drive the agency forward.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong leadership, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Deep expertise in TV planning and buying is essential, alongside the ability to work seamlessly across our integrated offering, collaborating with Digital, Labs (Data Science & Analytics), and SEO to deliver connected, insight-led solutions.
With the autonomy to lead and the support of an experienced leadership team, you'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader who challenges thinking, spots opportunities, and drives results.

- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor, and print.
- Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
- Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
- Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
- Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channel.
- Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
- Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
- Taking an active role in new business generation.
- A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Leading client meetings and relationships.
- Managing client’s business to ensure optimum spend.
- Instrumental in strategic team thinking and quality of work.
- Instigating planning and client-related business initiatives.
- Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
- Assessing client satisfaction and profitability.
- Responsibility for ensuring regular client strategy and status meetings are implemented.
- Key media owner negotiation and ensuring buying standards are maintained.
- Providing Board with insight of client/team/media owner issues.
- Identification of any new offline media opportunities, and investigate the potential feasibility for ARM clients.
- Increase offline media ‘knowledge’ in the agency and lead training programmes where required.
- Key to recruiting and retaining top talent.
