Our client is scaling rapidly due to sustained growth and increasing demand for integrated creative and paid media strategies. This is a pivotal moment to join a high-performing digital team where innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact are at the heart of everything they do.
As an Account Director, Paid Social, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance - shaping how brands connect with audiences at scale. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define the future of paid social and creative integration, while leading a talented team and managing high-value client relationships.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
- Own and deliver strategic roadmaps aligned to client growth goals
- Shape performance-driven creative strategies and testing frameworks
- Build senior relationships with clients and media partners
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Paid Media and Design

You Will Need – key skills/experience
- Proven expertise in Paid Social across multiple verticals
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow accounts
- Confidence to challenge clients and stakeholders constructively
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent project management and delivery under pressure
