Role Overview

You will lead the performance and strategic direction of paid media and performance marketing channels across key client accounts, ensuring strong results, clear communication, and high-quality delivery. You will combine strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and relationship management to support clients’ growth & success.

This is a hands-on part-time role combining strategy, team management, and client leadership, with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads performance.

You will work closely with the Founder and Digital Marketing Manager to translate client growth objectives into clear performance marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and the team is supported to deliver consistently strong results.

Hours & Availability

This is a part-time role working 20–25 hours per week across all five days. We're looking for someone available during core hours, we can offer flexibility on exact start and finish times. Consistent daily availability is important to ensure smooth client and team communication.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Own the performance of Paid media and performance marketing channels across key client accounts
  • Develop and refine strategies focused on growth (CPA, CAC, revenue)
  • Identify testing opportunities across creative, audiences, and structure
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance and scale
  • Develop performance marketing strategies across paid social and search

Client Management

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for key client accounts
  • Present performance updates in a clear way
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Handle challenges proactively and confidently

Team Management & Delivery

  • Manage and support junior team members (e.g. executives, managers)
  • Review work to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Help prioritise workload and keep projects on track
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on execution

Commercial Awareness

  • Identify and support proposal development for existing clients
  • Contribute to retention through strong performance and service

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years in paid social / performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (essential)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, AOV, CVR)
  • Clear communicator

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience with TikTok or Pinterest Ads
  • Exposure to fashion / beauty / e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker, Funnel, etc.)

Salary

£60,000 pro rata.

This is a fully remote role with occasional client meetings and agency hosted events in London.
