Are you an accomplished client partner who thrives at the intersection of complex science, cutting-edge technology, and immersive storytelling? Profiles Creative has been tasked to find an exceptional Account Director to lead a highly-sophisticated global portfolio in the pharmaceutical space. Based in London, this permanent, fully-office based role offers a brilliant opportunity to drive high-impact campaigns and experiential projects. If you are an expert communicator who can seamlessly translate intricate medical, technical, or scientific briefs into unforgettable brand experiences, we want to hear from you.

As the new Account Director, you will champion the relationship with ambitious healthcare and technology clients. Operating at the heart of the agency's creative collective, you will blend strategic commercial leadership with hands-on project oversight. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through the lifecycle of live, digital, and hybrid experiences, ensuring that highly regulated, technical content is translated into engaging narratives that captivate global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Senior Client Relationships: Act as the trusted, senior point of contact for key global pharmaceutical and innovation-led accounts, building long-term partnership strategies and driving organic growth.
  • Oversee Complex Project Delivery: Direct the strategic development and execution of large-scale physical, hybrid, and digital experiential projects from the initial creative brief through to live onsite production.
  • Translate Technical Content: Work closely with client medical and technical teams to translate complex scientific, clinical, and product data into clear, compelling, and compliant project outputs.
  • Manage Commercials & Timelines: Take full ownership of substantial account budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines, ensuring profitable and flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with internal creative, production, and technical teams, as well as external AV and exhibition specialists, to ensure world-class quality across every physical and digital touchpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
