Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients
Be part of a high-impact commercial team with a clear route into leadership

At BMS, we've been engaged to recruit an Account Director for a growing political intelligence software business. The Company

Our client is a specialist political intelligence platform helping organisations stay ahead of government policy, parliamentary activity, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Using AI-powered monitoring, stakeholder mapping, parliamentary transcripts, and contact intelligence, the platform enables public affairs professionals to access critical political insight faster than traditional providers.
  • Since launching in 2017, the business has built an impressive client base across banking, pharmaceuticals, retail, media, and public affairs consultancies, while maintaining exceptional customer retention.
  • With ambitious growth plans, a leadership team drawn from government and public affairs, and a clear vision to expand market share, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business entering its next stage of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
